FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
​Will I have the same walker every time?
Yes! We want your pup to be the most comfortable they can be, so we endeavor to build a relationship with them based on consistency.
Do you take dogs to the dog park?
Yes, if you would like us to do so. We will discuss the needs and wants you would like your dog to experience during the time we share with them.
What time will my dog be walked?
We offer a two hour window that will fit in with your schedule and make sure your pup is walked at the optimum time. We can offer a narrower window for younger and senior dogs.
What's your cancellation policy?
We have a free cancellation policy up to 24hrs before the scheduled walk. If you need to cancel within 24hrs a 50% surcharge will occur.
How many dogs do you walk at a time?
In our pack walks we have up to five dogs, and or solo walks are one on one.
Can you feed my dog?
Yes! Let us know in advance with all the details and we will be happy to feed them.
Do you offer pet sitting?
Yes! Please see our sitting section or contact us for more details.
Will I be able to meet my walker before the walks start?
Yes! We arrange a meeting before the first walk so everyone can get to know each other.
